Support Structures

RDM staff and specialists from DH.NRW universities are trained and supported by the Coscine team in various ways. 1st level support is provided at each organization’s own university and 2nd level support is provided by RWTH Aachen University.

If you have one of these roles at your organization and would like to participate in future Coscine advanced user meetings, consultation hours or basic training courses, please contact us.

Coscine Advanced User Meeting

The Coscine Advanced User Meeting brings together 1st-level support staff from the DH.NRW universities as well as other FDM staff, data stewards and user members of the NFDI consortia. During this presence meeting, the exchange among each other is the top priority and, in addition to thematic presentations, best practices are also presented and further development needs are identified.

Monthly consultation hour for RDM staff

A digital consultation hour on Coscine takes place every third Friday of the month. The target group of this consultation hour is the 1st level support of the universities of DH.NRW. During the consultation hour, questions can be answered and problems solved by the Coscine support team.
